The controller of your personal data is Colibri Consulting DOO, registered at Jurija Gagarina 231/329, 11197 Novi Beograd, Serbia, company number MB 21962651, tax number PIB 114045995 – the entity behind the studio trading as 1130.

For any matter concerning personal data you can write to the email address given in the footer.

Data you provide yourself: name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of your message – shared when booking a free consultation or corresponding with us.

Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referral source and information about how you use the site.

Booking and holding the free consultation and responding to your enquiry – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Correspondence, client relationship management, analytics and development of the site – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

Meeting obligations under the law, including tax and accounting duties – Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Marketing activities, where you have given consent – Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Data may be entrusted to entities that support us technically and organisationally: hosting and infrastructure providers, email providers, scheduling and video conferencing tools, analytics tools.

Each of them processes data solely under a data processing agreement and only to the extent required to provide the service.

Data related to your enquiry and consultation is kept for the duration of our conversations and afterwards for the limitation period of any potential claims.

Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until that consent is withdrawn. Data required by law is kept for the period set by those regulations.

You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to erase it or restrict its processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time – this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for your place of residence. In Poland that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

Necessary cookies are always on. We store your cookie decision in your browser, together with the small settings the site needs to work. They are not used for tracking, they go to no one else, and they cannot be switched off.

Beyond those we ask for consent to two separate categories. The booking calendar is the Cal.com widget, provided by Cal.com, Inc. – it loads from that company's servers and sets cookies of its own, which is why we do not load it at all without your consent; you can still book a slot by phone or email. Analytics and advertising means measuring how our campaigns and pages perform, in due course using tools from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited.

We ask about each category separately: consent to the calendar is not consent to analytics, and the other way round. Refusing is exactly as easy as agreeing, and it does not close off the route to booking a call.

Your choice is stored on the browser side only, and you can change or withdraw it at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” in the footer. You can also change cookie settings in the browser itself – restricting cookies may affect how some parts of the site work.

The controller is established in Serbia, outside the European Economic Area, so your data is processed there as well.

Beyond that, some of the tools we use (hosting, email, scheduling, analytics) may process data outside the EEA.

We may update this policy, for example when regulations or the tools we use change. The current version is always available at this address.
